Threadless, fixed cavity self-bonding coupling assembly

Designed for reducing weight and easy installation on aircraft either by swaged or welded ferules. Fitted on fuel, air and water pipes. Allows multidirectional misalignment and axial movement. These flexible connectors meet the requirement of AS 1650, AS 5830, ABS 0395, ABS 0743, MIL-C-22263B and MIL-B-5087B.

Upon special request a check valve can be fitted in the various connector sizes allowing the disassembly and assembly of equipment. New developments: lightning Strike Flexible, threadless connections, special assembly allowing misalignment up to 6° (+/- 3°).

Features

multi-directional misalignment up to 4° (+/- 2°) and axial movement up to 7 mm.

aluminium, stainless steel, titanium.

Sizes

both metric and Anglo-Saxon sizes from 08D (1/2 inch) to 64D (4 inches).

Temperature range

-60°C to +315°C / -76°F to +599°F.

Burst pressure

25,8 BAR / 374 PSI.

Wig.O.Flex couplings

They achieve compliant connectors of pipes and absorb the axial and angular displacements of lines due to thermal expansion or to elastic warping of structures.
